Alison and Mike from Kent own a Lindera Lodge at Parc Mayenne

It was a cold and clear day when we visited the French Show at London’s Earls Court in January by train from Ashford, Kent. We were warmly welcomed by Steve and Stella who spoke enthusiastically of both Parc Mayenne and the variety of homes that were featured on it, previous to this moment we had only considered buying a house.

We arranged a site visit to Parc Mayenne for the weekend after and were met by the parc managers, Clare and Simon, who made us very welcome. Simon took us around, not only to see the extent of the parc and its facilities, but four separate holiday homes. The topography, layout, pool, stunning views and its remoteness were all things that were “just right” for us and within a few weeks we had agreed to buy a Lindera Lodge.

Our first official visit as owners was just before Easter 2011, we were delighted to find that the lodge had been prepared to the highest standard for us.The rest of this year has been one continuous pleasure. We have met some delightful people and have enjoyed having the time to make the lodge our “residence secondaire”.

We are looking forward to our next year at Parc Mayenne with great enthusiasm, the sooner we can be back “home” the better.

Martin & Karen from Scarborough own a holiday home at Parc Mayenne

'We became owners of a luxury holiday home at Parc Mayenne after meeting Steve and Stella at an exhibition. This was the first time we had considered a purchase of this kind and the help and advice offered by Steve made the whole process worry-free. He’s more than a sales agent – he’s someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of his customers. Parc Mayenne is a wonderful location and we have enjoyed every visit so far and are looking forward to many more.'

Linda & Dennis Plumb own a home at Parc Mayenne

'For years Dennis and I had dreamed, like many others, of owning our own place in France. When the time presented itself we found that we were having cold feet. The thought of maintenance, taxes, rates etc. especially when the recession hit was rather daunting. For some reason, I decided to go on line and look at mobile homes in France. We were struck by Parc Mayenne immediately. The beauty and peace of the parc could be seen by the pictures that came up on screen.  Our daughter, husband and two of our grandsons have thoroughly enjoyed holidaying with us in our new home at Parc Mayenne, as have close friends. We can't wait for our son and family to join us soon too.'

Peter & Odette from Jersey own a Willerby holiday home in Brittany

'Last year we started thinking about purchasing a mobile home in France, browsing the internet at first. That’s when we came across Leisure Home Sales France; a family run company and furthered our enquiry with a phone call. We liked the look of the Bel Air camp site and made our first visit to view a luxury home in April. We were so impressed with the quality of the mobile and the camp site. From the start Steve came across as genuine and very helpful, with sound advice with regards to the benefits of renting while we were not using it ourselves.

Knowing we were in good hands the decision to go ahead with our purchase was easy. We have had two holidays already this year, fabulous.'

Mr & Mrs Harrison from Jersey purchased a holiday home at Bel Air

'Living in Jersey we looked slightly further away from St Malo and Dinan to avoid meeting Channel Islanders on a daily basis, Bel Air is only a three hour leisurely drive from St Malo with very good boat schedules.

We researched the web and found LHSF at Bel Air. We soon arranged a site visit and were not disappointed. We arrived on a beautiful sunny day and saw first hand the Bel Air Country Park which our grandchildren have grown to love and look forward to each visit. The park has play areas to delight all ages, the added bonus is that the site is only 10 minutes away from some superb beaches and 20 minutes from Quimper city.

During a site visit we viewed a Willerby La Villa, a three bedroom home with two bathrooms. Although we looked at other homes and another site, our choice was made and we have no regrets on making a great selection, and have now kitted it out with our own personal items,  it is very much home from home.

Although trying to keep this place a secret I have passed on my praise to several Jersey contacts recommending Leisure Home Sales France to them.'

Collins family from Cornwall purchased 2 holiday homes in Brittany

'After holidaying in Benodet at Port De Plaisance for several years, we jumped at the chance of buying a holiday home in this popular resort. Steve and Marg did everything for us, from expert advice about which model to buy to arranging transport and setting it up on a lovely plot with decking – the whole process was made so easy for us.

We were so pleased with their services and rental income that last year we decided to buy another holiday home at the same site, solely as a rental unit and yet again it was a very painless, we trust them implicitly. They are truly a lovely family and work so hard to enable everyone enjoy their time in France. Benodet is a beautiful place and Port De Plaisance is a campsite with something for everyone, Happy Holidaying!'
